The 2018 Farm Bill exempted Hemp, defined as Cannabis, including all derivatives, extracts, and cannabinoids, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of no more than 0.3 percent from the Controlled Substances Act (CSA). All of our products follow federal regulations to ensure compliance and safety.

Cannabis and Hemp come from the same species of plant "Cannabis Sativa." The defining factor that separates Hemp from Cannabis is the total concentration of THC (chemical responsible for high effects) found in that specific plant. For example, if a cannabis plant tests at 0.3% or less THC it is considered Hemp; If that same plant tests more than 0.3% it becomes considered Cannabis. There is no difference in cannabinoids extracted from a Hemp plant and cannabinoids extracted from Cannabis.
